  I did two days touring, Flinders Chase Focus on the first day and Island life on the second, both days were amazing. Travelling solo it can sometimes be tricky to find and book tours, but from the moment I emailed I was in great hands with Jamie and Carina. As soon as some tour dates became available with another booking they let me know and organised everything for me from the tours, airport transfers and accomodation. Michael was an amazing guide with an incredible knowledge of the island and great personality. He kept things moving at a good pace without us ever feeling rushed and had an eagle eye for spotting the local wildlife. The home made treats (lamingtons and anzac buscuits) and lunch provisions Janet put together were amazing and Michael's expertise on the BBQ on the second day was another highlight. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

  I did 2 days and the trip was personalized. We stopped and coffee and provisions came out the back of the bus! Not only did we have a white tablecloth but home made bickies. Quite unexpected and beautiful. For lunch on the first day we came onto a farm with sheep. In fact the Farmer bought a baby lamb over to show us for a pat! Lunch was cooked on a barbeque under a tent. King George Whiting has never tasted better. Saw heaps of Kangaroos and a few koalas in the bush. On the second day we went to Flinders Chase and saw the devastation from the fires. The regrowth is happening and the animals are returning. so amazing to experience with such a small group and to have any questions answered as we wished. Awesome time on the Island and will definably be back!!

  We took two trips with this company in a small coach each day. Our drivers , Lee and Tom were both very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the place and animals we were seeing. On both days each of these drivers cooked a barbecue or lunch set out on special tables for us. it was a great experience and I can well recommend this company for making our stay on Kangaroo Island very enjoyable

  Our guides Jamie and Skye were very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating! Their enthusiasm for all aspects of Kangaroo Island was contagious! Picnic-style Breakfast and lunch were delicious and enhanced by the local wines. So grateful to have this adventure with them!

  4WD vehicle was comfortable and had seatbelts. Well organised pick up and drop off. Morning tea with lamingtons and lunch were very good. Wildlife spotting was good but disspointed when we did not stop for the rare koala on the road photo oppertunity. Views at Flinders vista points were stunning but time was quite tight and didnt feel we really had time to enjoy as much as we would have liked. We had two guides - both quite new to guiding and that was evident at times.

  We spent 2 days wandering Kangaroo Island and managed to see everything we had hoped to see! Kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, koalas, cockatoos and the iconic Remarkable Rocks as well as Seal Bay and the fur seals. Our guides (Jamie and Bill) were incredibly knowledgeable and found amazing spots to stop for lunch. We came back to our accommodations fully satisfied both days!

  This company provide a special experience across Kangaroo Island whichever tour you take part in. Both days our guides Tom and Luke were knowledgeable, funny, helpful and ensured safety at all times. They found all the major wildlife for us to see up close and naturally. The food and break stops were of excellent quality, the local fish and potato BBQ in the bush was so yummy. Seal Bay and Admirals Arch were highlights seeing Sea Lion’s and Seals in their natural habitat. Best way to see Kangaroo Island and make the most of time there

  This tour is fantastic. Let someone else do the driving and sit back and have fun! Flinders National park is beautiful, and includes Seal Bay! The rock formations are so unique and beautiful. The tour guide was very informative, and just a nice guy. Tour included lunch which was delicious, and a morning hot coco and muffin. Don't miss this tour!

  I did two full day tours with Exceptional KI and can definitely recommend this company to others on the island. The tour is both laid back and follows a schedule. There is enough time at each stop to really enjoy the sites and take time if others want to spend a bit more time. I enjoyed the bush walk on the Wildlife Focus tour and we got to see wallabies, cockatoos, and, of course, koalas (fwiw, the Wildlife Focus tour has a bit more time on your feet and a bit less time driving around than the Flinders Chase tour). The van comfortably sat ~10 people and the seats were very cushy. A good mix of the guides talking and natural conversation as well. Plus, the lunches were each unique and tasty! Thank you Lee, Ron, Dave, and Mary for the two days of great touring.

  We found animals everywhere on the Kangaroo Island. We saw seals at Seal Bay, as well. We admired the sea lions in Admirals Arch. We even saw koalas on trees. There were bees as well. I saw lots of pelicans here as well. These animals had fun and I liked we could see them. There were seagulls as well. This is a must see!
