  Extremely over priced and minimal animals to see, no educational information at any of the enclosures, Nothing virtual for kids to interact with, missing basic animals to view, not even a reptile enclosure. NO ZEBRAS, NO GIRAFFES, NO ELEPHANTS, NO TIGERS NO RHINOS Unless you pay an extra $50 for the safari tour. It makes it very difficult when they have zebras and giraffes plastered everywhere to explain to the kids that they will not be seeing these animals. We saw a sad looking gorilla in a shambolic looking hut, a cheetah lying in the shade of a far distant solitary tree, and one lone African Wild dog. The only thing worth half a mention were some hippos that which were actually close enough to get a decent look. Not worth the price of a $50 and the 3 hour round trip. Disappointing to say the least with some very grumpy kids that didn’t get to see what they were expecting.

  Tortoise and open paddock with giraffe and zebras.Got a video of giraffes at fence near our vehicle.The lions were all sitting quietly together.As for mr cheetah he was asleep!

  Being tricked by your company (Viator) to purchase higher priced zoo entry tickets and you charged me for children when they are actually FREE!! You pay higher proces to be on top of goole search so you can take advantage of people.

  The tour. Getting close to the animals. A bit disappointing with the small number of animals considering it calls the place a zoo.

  Very good tour. Really enjoyed it. Apart from the cold. Was freezing. Would have got 5 stars if not so cold

  You cancelled my deluxe safari ride without giving me an explanation. You need to be more streamlined with the zoo website. Very disappointing as travelled a long way to miss out

  The Zoo was ok but Viator let a charge for 3children AUD77 go through when children entry is FREE. Unbeknown to me I should have booked thru the official zoo website not this third party VIATOR which google directed me to. What a ripoff VIATOR. It spoilt the day. I could have used this money to buy the grandchildren lunch at the Zoo.

  Kiosk at Hippo Park is poorly staffed or severe undertrained, food option is very limited. And if after Beverage they will hand you a Non Recylapble Plastic cup, which not only is useless for children its lid falls of too easy, don't accept these cups!! Ask for PET bottled drinks.

  Visited with family and friend. Walked around the exhibits and went on the (free) safari bus, twice. Quite interesting seeing the open plains component, good variety of animals.

  even more happy animals. Bus ride was most enjoyable. weather was lovely so that helped the day to walk around, and when hot the bus ride went down well as it was comfortable and lovely breeze through the open windows. Lovely.
