This was a great day! Andrea and Chris were awesome! They ensured everyone got included and the day ran smoothly. They were both fun and informative. The stops were well thought out and the food and beverages along the way were delicious and plentiful. So much fun! So glad we did it because we would have never found these places by ourselves! Had the best time! Thank you and we will be recommending to everyone heading to Port Douglas!

This was an incredible, relaxed day with Brett and 7 other wonderful people! Lots of fun and laughter, information and a variety of tasty food. We would highly recommend this tour or any of Brett’s tours and will probably do another when we’re visiting north Queensland again! Thanks Brett.

Chris and Andrea gave us a wonderful experience filled with history, great food, wonderful scenery, fun facts and some bad jokes thrown in!! Their knowledge of the area, passion for tourism and what it means to QLD definitely made this experience. They were a great team, bouncing stories and memories off each other whilst also taking interest in where we had come from ourselves. The fruit, damper and coffee for breakfast was delicious and just the right amount to start the day. The winery showcased what can be made when you think outside the box (take some coffee liquor home!). Lunch and coffee was in a great setting and again gave you a sample of what the region has to offer. The distillery was picturesque will some gins/rum that made your toes curl!! Cheese and chocolate for afternoon tea was our personal favourite and the day was appropriately topped off with a glass of red at Sweetwater Lodge talking about what a day we'd all had. If you're looking for an excellent day trip in the table lands, DO THIS TRIP!! We're glad we spent the day with you guys and wish you all the best for when the borders open again. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE KILLER GUINEA FOWL!!

What a great day exploring the tablelands. Our guide Dale has so much knowledge about the region and also great anecdotal stories. We stopped at many local suppliers giving us a great taste of everything to offer in this area. Fruits, cheese, coffee, teas, chocolate, wines and spirits. So much food. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea all provided. This along with all the tastings along the way. A truly relaxing and enjoyable day. Highly recommend to anyone.

Dale our guide was so knowledgeable and a lot of thought has gone into designing this trip which is well worth it, a really excellent day. The Tablelands are glorious, the hospitality, food, funny stories made the experience one to remember and the small group ensures you get everything you want to out of your day.

Brett picked us up from Palm Cove and introduced himself and everyone who joined the tour was introduced to each other. Brett was knowledgeable about the area, the food and had a great rapport with all the places we went to. A really fun day out which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know more about the food and drink prepared on the tablelands.

We did the tasting tour from Cairns - today and had a fabulous time. Brett is passionate about the places visited and the food tastings that are offered. Angela was brilliant in accommodating our change of plans and made a great first impression. We spent the day with a fun group who enjoyed the tastings as much as we did. Brett gave a comprehensive commentary with interesting insights into the history and development of the region. He has extensive knowledge on a variety of farming as well as wildlife & plants. The food was amazing; quite diverse & unique to the Tableland. We were super impressed and grateful for a marvellous day out...and terrific value for money. Thanks so much.
