If I am able to give more than 5-stars, I would. This experience can't be described, you have to do it yourself to fully understand. Customer service was top-notch, thank you Theo for getting in touch and ensuring the procedure was well communicated. From setting up pre-flight and packing up, it was a very very nice touch to ensure we can be hands-on and involved with the pre and post flight procedures.

Was beautiful right from the beginning. We didnt get to go right over the city as what we thought prior to booking, but non the less was OMG. The whole process was unbelievably quick. From helping set up to packing down. Two thumbs up from us!!

First thing is first. I don’t like heights. I almost didn’t book, because the clarity of English from the person on the phones was very unclear, when I was asking questions that I’m sure certain other people in my position might have asked. When I’m paying $500 per person (2k for my group of 4), I expect clear concise communication. That’s a minimum. So not really the best start, which almost dettered us from booking. However…..the experience on the day was chalk and cheese. They clearly have staff have are experienced and have been doing this for a very long time. They immediately put my mind to rest and really gave us an unforgettable experience.

Loved it! So peaceful in the air. Wonderful to see the place we call home from a birds eye view. Was a birthday present for my 16yr old. Impossible to not enjoy it.

An exhilarating and unforgettable experience that we loved. Pilot Steve gave us the confidence to relax and enjoy every moment. The team were superb in assisting Ray with his mobility needs and the accessible basket made his dream come true.
