Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland promises an unforgettable night out with a three course dinner and drinks. 1st course: Rustic woodfire Roasted Vegetable and Goat Feta Tart served with wild rocket and home-made pineapple chutney. Main: Meat Option: Eye fillet steak or a chicken breast, served with a jus accompanied by a roast pumpkin, green beans and a potato parcel. Vegetarian: Mini camp oven filled with Braised Vegetables served with Lotus Potato, Roasted Pumpkin, Green Beans. Dessert: A delicate Dark Chocolate Tart drizzled with a delicious honey salted caramel sauce, topped with a pinch of chocolate dirt from the outback.

Make your own way to the Australian Outback Spectacular venue or choose to include round-trip hotel transport with your ticket.
